Description
MD COMBAT Custom Compression Shirts are engineered for the specific physical demands of combat sports, where body contact, sweating, rolling, grappling, and impact are constant. A compression shirt in a combat sports context is not a lifestyle accessory — it is a functional performance garment that influences how an athlete moves, recovers, and competes. We manufacture them to technical specifications that meet the requirements of professional athletes, club buyers, and brand owners who supply the performance market.
Our compression shirts are produced in high-stretch technical fabrics specifically selected for the stress conditions of combat training. Primary fabric constructions include nylon-spandex blends at 80/20 and 82/18 ratios, which deliver the highest stretch recovery, smooth skin contact, and excellent durability under repeated grappling and ground contact. Polyester-spandex at 88/12 is used where sublimation printing is the priority — this construction achieves the sharpest, most vibrant print results while maintaining adequate compression and flexibility. Four-way stretch is standard across all constructions, ensuring full range of motion in every direction.
Functional design features distinguish a combat-grade compression shirt from a generic gym base layer. Our construction includes flatlock seaming throughout to eliminate pressure points and seam irritation during ground work and body contact, moisture-wicking and quick-dry fabric treatment, anti-odour treatment on request, reinforced underarm gussets for overhead movement, and UPF 30+ sun protection for outdoor training environments. Sleeve lengths are available in short sleeve, long sleeve, and sleeveless configurations. Neck options include crew neck, high neck, and mock neck depending on the sport application.
Compression shirts are one of the most heavily customized products in the combat sports apparel market. Full sublimation printing allows clubs and brands to produce visually distinctive garments with sponsor logos, fighter names, national flags, club imagery, and complex multi-colour graphics — all printed before cutting and sewing to ensure edge-to-edge design coverage. Rashguard and no-gi BJJ training wear is the largest single application for this product, where full sublimation designs are standard and buyers order in complete club sets matching shorts and spats.
For brand owners and importers supplying the performance market, our compression shirt programme supports the complete OEM package: custom woven labels, silicone printed inner hem labels, custom compression level specifications on request, gender-specific patterns, custom size labelling per your market standard, and retail-ready presentation packaging.
