MD COMBAT Custom 2-in-1 Shorts combine the outer aesthetic of a performance training short with the functional support of a built-in compression liner in a single integrated garment. For combat sports clubs supplying training kit to members, for coaches specifying a club uniform that works for every training modality, and for brands building a premium training short product, the 2-in-1 construction solves a practical problem elegantly: athletes who train across striking, grappling, and conditioning disciplines need compression support for mat work but the freedom of a traditional short for bag work and sparring. The 2-in-1 delivers both in one clean package.

The outer shell is constructed in our standard performance woven polyester — the same material used in our MMA shorts, boxing shorts, and board shorts range. This provides the structure, durability, and print surface quality needed for full sublimation branding and professional visual presentation. The inner compression liner is integrated into the waistband of the outer shell, constructed in 4-way stretch nylon-spandex or polyester-spandex, and extends 3 to 5 centimetres below the outer shell hem to provide thigh support and coverage. The liner is sewn to the outer shell at the waistband only, allowing independent movement of the two layers during activity.

Construction details are engineered for the demands of combat sports training specifically. The outer shell features our combat-spec waistband — velcro fly, internal drawstring, and wide waistband band — identical to our standalone MMA shorts. The inner liner features a contoured anatomical pattern, flatlock seaming, and optional cup-holder pocket. Inseam lengths for the outer and inner layers are specified independently, giving buyers the ability to tune the coverage ratio to their market preference and sport application.
